These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the LEPAS X Goodwood Festival of Speed Ticket Giveaway (the ‘Competition’). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
1. The Promoter
The Competition is promoted by LEPAS UK (‘the Promoter”). Any queries regarding the Competition should be directed to the Promoter via the social media channels on which the Competition is hosted.
2. The Competition
The Competition offers participants the chance to win 2 x tickets to the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026, taking place 9-12 July 2026 at Goodwood Motor Circuit, Chichester, West Sussex.
A total of 28 tickets are available. Winners are drawn across four event dates as follows:
Day 1 (Thursday 9th July)
Day 2 (Friday 10th July)
Day 3 (Saturday 11th July)
Day 4 (Sunday 12th July)
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Employees of LEPAS UK, Hylink UK, and their immediate families, as well as any third parties directly associated with the administration of the Competition, are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and accept these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
4. How to Enter
The Competition runs simultaneously on two platforms. Participants may enter on one of both platforms, but many only win once regardless of the number of entries submitted.

Each comment containing a tag counts as one entry. Multiple comments with different tags are permitted.

One entry per person on Facebook
Entries must be submitted in English. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply
with the entry requirements will be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.
5. Competition Period
The Competition opens on Friday 3rd July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 6th July 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. Fourteen separate draws will take place, selecting the winners for each pair of tickets.
The draw will take place on 7th July 2026. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform through which they entered, within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a reserve winner.
7. The Prize
Each winner will receive 2 x tickets to Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026 for specific event days (as allocated by the draw). Tickets are valid for the allocated day only and cannot be transferred to a different day.
The prize is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative or any other prize in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other costs associated with attending the event. These are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Estate. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the cancellation, postponement, or alternation of the event by the organiser.
8. Publicity
Winners may be asked whether they consent to having their win publicised on LEPAS UK social media channels. This is entirely optional and will not affect the winner’s entitlement to their prize. Winners who consent may be featured in Stories or posts on Instagram and/or Facebook.
By entering the Competition, participants grant the Promoter permission to use their username handle for the purposes of announcing the Competition on social media, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Data & Privacy
Personal data submitted as part of this Competition will be used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and notifying winners. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent and will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the Competition at any time without prior notice, where circumstances make this unavoidable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by an entrant or winner in connection with the Competition or the prize.
The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
This competition is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions regarding the Competition should be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram, or Meta.
The Competition may be promoted via paid advertising on Instagram and/or Facebook. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance that Meta Platforms, Inc. bears no responsibility for the Competition or its administration.
