Each winner’s guest must be aged 18 or over and must comply with these Terms and Conditions and any reasonable venue, security or event requirements. The winner is responsible for ensuring that their guest can attend and complies with those requirements.
The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, UK residence and/or eligibility before confirming a prize. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may result in disqualification and selection of a reserve winner.
4. How to Enter
The Prize Draw will be promoted on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The entry mechanic is platform-specific as follows:
TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
·Follow the official LEPAS UK account on their chosen platform (@lepas.uk)
·Like and share / repost the LEPAS UK Brand Launch Invitation Prize Draw post
·Comment on the Prize Draw post naming the person they would like to bring as their guest. Entrants must tag that person where the relevant platform rules permit.
An entrant may submit one valid entry per platform, for a maximum of three (3) entries in total. An entrant may win only once.
Entries must be made by the entrant personally. Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated systems, bulk-entry services, multiple or false accounts, or other methods designed to manipulate the Prize Draw are prohibited.
5. Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw opens at 16:00 BST on Wednesday 19 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday 23 August 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected or not successfully submitted because of technical, platform, network, device or other issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected from all valid entries received by the Closing Date using a computer process that produces verifiably random results. The Promoter will retain appropriate records evidencing the draw.
The draw will take place on Monday 24 August 2026. The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the draw is final, subject to applicable law and the CAP Code.
The Promoter may disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false or misleading information, used an automated or fraudulent method of entry, interfered with the proper operation of the Prize Draw, breached applicable platform rules, or otherwise acted in a manner contrary to the spirit or fair administration of the Prize Draw.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official LEPAS UK account on the platform through which the winning entry was submitted, as soon as reasonably practicable after the draw and ordinarily within 24 hours.
A selected winner must respond within 24 hours of the Promoter’s first notification and provide any information reasonably requested to verify eligibility and arrange the prize. Because the event takes place on 26 August 2026, this response period is a material condition of the Prize Draw.
If a selected winner does not respond within 24 hours, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is ineligible, declines the prize or fails to provide the required verification, the Promoter may withdraw that winner’s entitlement and select a reserve winner using the same verifiably random process.
Entrants should check their direct-message and message-request folders. The Promoter will never require a winner to make a payment to claim the prize.
8. Prize Conditions
The prize is personal to the winner, is non-transferable, may not be sold, auctioned or exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other costs associated with attending the event, for either the winner or their plus-one. These are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or plus-one.
Tickets are valid only for 26 August 2026 and cannot be moved to another date. Failure by the winner or guest to attend does not entitle them to a replacement prize, refund or cash payment.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
The winner and guest must comply with all reasonable instructions, admission conditions, health and safety requirements, security procedures, and venue rules. Photo identification may be required.
The Promoter and/or venue may refuse admission or require a winner or guest to leave where it reasonably considers their conduct to be unsafe, threatening, abusive, disruptive, unlawful, materially intoxicated or otherwise in breach of applicable venue or event rules. Where refusal or removal results from the winner’s or guest’s own conduct, no substitute prize or compensation will be provided.
9. Event and Circumstances Outside the Promoter’s Control
Prize elements are subject to the terms and conditions and availability requirements of the relevant venue.
The Promoter is not responsible for a cancellation, postponement, relocation or material alteration caused by a venue or other third party, or by circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, government action, public-health measures, security concerns or other force-majeure events.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it impossible or materially impracticable to provide an advertised prize element, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to provide an appropriate substitute of equal or greater value where reasonably practicable.
10. Photography, Filming and Publicity
The LEPAS UK Brand Launch is a media and brand event at which photography, filming and social media content creation will take place. Winners and guests should expect that they may appear incidentally in event photography or footage, subject to applicable law and any notices or consent arrangements used at the event.
Where the Promoter wishes to feature a winner or guest in identifiable, directed promotional content, interviews, testimonials or user-generated content, the Promoter will obtain any permission or licence required for that use. Refusal to participate in optional directed promotional content will not, by itself, invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
If a winner voluntarily supplies photographs, video, captions or other content to the Promoter for publication, the winner confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions and grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purposes and channels agreed with the winner.
11. Winner Information
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the Promoter may make available the surname and county of each winner for a reasonable period after the Closing Date. Entrants may object to publication or request that the amount of information published be reduced by contacting the Promoter.
The Promoter may nevertheless provide winner information and, where relevant, evidence of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
The Promoter will process personal data collected in connection with the Prize Draw for purposes including administering entries, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, fulfilling prizes, handling queries, preventing fraud or abuse, keeping appropriate compliance records and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.
The Promoter may share relevant personal data with service providers and third parties where reasonably necessary to administer or fulfil the Prize Draw, including Hylink UK, the event venue or fulfilment providers, professional advisers and regulators. Such data will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Entry into the Prize Draw does not constitute consent to receive unrelated direct marketing. Any separate marketing consent, where sought, will be optional and handled separately.
Further information about how the Promoter uses personal data, retention periods, lawful bases and individual rights is available in the Promoter’s privacy notice at https://www.lepasauto.co.uk/privacy-policy
13. Platform Disclaimer
This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, each entrant releases TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from liability arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entrants must comply with the terms, policies and community rules of the platform used to enter. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Prize Draw should be directed to the Promoter and not to the relevant platform.
14. Cancellation and Changes
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the Prize Draw, or amend these Terms and Conditions, only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary or where required to protect the fair, secure or lawful operation of the Prize Draw.
Where reasonably practicable, the Promoter will take steps to minimise disadvantage to entrants and will communicate any material change through the same channels used to promote the Prize Draw.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from the acts or omissions of third-party venues or social media platforms, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s own breach of duty.
Entrants remain responsible for their own personal property, conduct and any costs or arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
A failure or delay by the Promoter to exercise a right under these Terms and Conditions does not waive that right.
These Terms and Conditions and the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights they may have to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
